The beginning
In 1990, Simon Cools founded IMFACO in Izegem as a wholesaler of non-electric household goods. Sharp purchasing and personal service have been central from the start. Three generations later, IMFACO is still a family business.

Simon Cools
Founder
Simon Cools founds IMFACO NV as a wholesaler of non-electric household goods. Sharp purchasing and personal service are central from the start.
Second generation
Sabine Cools & Ben Vroman
Daughter and son-in-law of the founder
After a few years, his daughter Sabine Cools joins the firm, later followed by his son-in-law Ben Vroman.
Together they expand the company, with its own import from Asia and a growing customer base in the retail sector.
Third generation
Dimitri & Danaaï Vroman
The third generation joins the firm: Dimitri and Danaaï Vroman.
Today, IMFACO is a wholesaler of household goods specialised in cookware, with its own brands Haute Cuisine and SiSi Maison — alongside savings programmes, loyalty programmes and products for the food industry. Michelin-starred chef Wout Bru is the ambassador of Haute Cuisine.

Logistics centre in Izegem
IMFACO has worked for years with its regular manufacturers in Asia. Besides Asia, we also source in Europe. Every shipment from Asia undergoes quality control before import.
Goods from Asia arrive by container via the port of Antwerp or Zeebrugge and are stored in our logistics centre in Izegem, ready for fast delivery to our partners.
